Agay Barho is seeking a dedicated Technology Solutions Manager to lead the design and implementation of efficient internal technology tools and systems. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership and operational teams to identify challenges and deliver practical solutions that replace fragmented tools and manual processes. This position plays a crucial role in consolidating disconnected platforms, automating workflows, and refining key internal systems to support a growing, values-driven company operating across multiple countries. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in developing and managing internal technology systems within dynamic operational settings. They possess strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills, capable of translating business needs into robust digital architectures. While this role does not involve managing a team, it requires a self-directed individual who takes ownership, drives projects to completion, and can effectively coordinate with freelance or contract technical specialists. Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of internal technology tools and platforms across functions such as operations, inventory, procurement, finance, and human resources.
• Assess operational challenges and translate them into scalable, practical digital workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
• Automate repetitive and manual processes to decrease reliance on spreadsheets and fragmented third-party systems.
• Consolidate existing legacy platforms and dispersed third-party tools into a unified internal technology infrastructure.
• Design and maintain system architectures that ensure seamless integrations and real-time data flows between departments.
• Oversee the ongoing improvement and management of core internal platforms, including auction systems and internal dashboards, to guarantee usability and scalability.
• Evaluate technical solutions, select appropriate platforms, and manage engagements with freelance or contract technical experts when necessary.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for all systems to facilitate onboarding, training, and support for internal teams.
• Build and maintain a long-term roadmap for the evolution and scalability of the internal technology stack in alignment with organizational growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure technology solutions meet diverse business needs and encourage continuous improvement.
• Exercise ownership and decisive project management to deliver impactful technology solutions within a fast-paced, lean operational environment.
