TechnoTek Solutions is seeking a dedicated Assistant IT Manager with a strong background in IT Service Management. This role focuses on supporting the daily operations of the IT department by handling Windows desktop environments, network maintenance, software implementation, and troubleshooting. The position requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience and plays a vital role in maintaining smooth technology operations within the organization. The Assistant IT Manager assists in managing and optimizing IT services to ensure efficiency and reliability, while working closely with other IT professionals to support the company’s technological infrastructure. As the Assistant IT Manager does not manage a team directly, the role emphasizes hands-on technical expertise and operational support. The individual will be responsible for routine IT tasks and helping to resolve technical issues promptly. Night Shift: 7 PM to 5 AM

Location: Johar Town

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of Windows desktop systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Implement, configure, and update software applications as required by company standards and operational needs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to identify root causes and apply effective solutions promptly.
• Support network administration tasks, including monitoring, managing, and maintaining network devices and configurations.
• Assist in the management and documentation of IT service processes in line with IT Service Management best practices.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to coordinate technology projects and upgrades enhancing system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security guidelines during all IT operations and procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees for desktops, software applications, and network connectivity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT assets, configurations, and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of new IT solutions to improve overall technology performance and efficiency.
