Campus 92 is seeking a dedicated Male Quran Teacher for the night shift who excels in Quran Tajweed, Quran Memorization, and effective teaching methodologies. The ideal candidate demonstrates patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a classroom environment efficiently during evening hours. This role requires adaptability to night shift schedules and a commitment to providing high-quality religious education to students, fostering their spiritual growth and understanding of Islamic teachings. The teacher must be a resident of Rawalpindi or Islamabad and fluent in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with diverse learners. The successful candidate will have at least one year of teaching experience, possess a solid command of Tajweed rules, and be proficient in Islamic Studies and the Arabic language. They should display excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills to deliver engaging and impactful lessons. While managing a team is not part of this role, the teacher will work closely with the academic department to contribute to a supportive and disciplined learning environment that encourages student participation and retention of Quranic knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and comprehensive Quran lessons focusing on Tajweed and memorization according to academic and religious standards.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit students’ learning styles and the night shift schedule to maximize engagement and comprehension.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a respectful environment conducive to learning and spiritual development.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance their Quranic knowledge and recitation skills.
• Utilize effective communication techniques to explain complex Quranic concepts clearly and patiently to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Plan lesson materials and resources in advance to ensure organized and timely delivery of curriculum objectives.
• Incorporate Islamic Studies and Arabic language fundamentals into lessons to provide a holistic educational experience.
• Maintain a strong command of Tajweed rules and demonstrate correct pronunciation and recitation in lessons.
• Engage with students to encourage memorization and continuous improvement in Quranic studies.
• Coordinate with the academic team to align teaching strategies and monitor student attendance and performance.
• Adjust and improve teaching methodologies based on feedback and the evolving needs of the students.
• Comply with all institutional policies and safety protocols, especially in managing night shift operations.
• Stay updated with current educational practices and Islamic scholarship to enrich teaching content.
