You will be responsible for conducting practical experiments safely and assessing student performance with clear, constructive feedback to help learners improve continuously. In this position, you will utilize modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies, including Learning Management Systems, to enhance the learning experience. Your strong communication and organizational skills will enable you to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues while supporting the core values and vision of As-Suffa. This role requires a professional attitude, dedication, and at least one year of teaching experience. Although you will not manage a team, you will work collaboratively within the school to promote scientific education and student success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and student-centered science lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
• Plan and prepare lesson materials, including practical experiments, ensuring safety and adherence to school policies.
• Manage classroom behavior with effective strategies to maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Utilize educational technologies and Learning Management Systems to support and enhance student learning.
• Create an inquiry-based learning atmosphere that promotes critical thinking and curiosity in scientific topics.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance in compliance with school regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and participate in school activities and professional development.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration to support student growth and address any concerns.
• Uphold the values, vision, and professional standards of As-Suffa School in all teaching activities.
