Montessori and Preschool Teacher

Giggles & Growth School seeks an experienced Montessori and Preschool Teacher dedicated to fostering early childhood development through the Montessori methodology. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or certification in Montessori education and has at least three years of teaching experience. This role involves designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curricula that encourage play-based learning and creativity in a well-managed classroom environment. The teacher engages with young learners to build foundational skills in cognitive, social, and emotional areas while supporting a nurturing and inclusive classroom culture. Although this position does not involve team management, it requires strong collaboration with school staff and parents to ensure each child’s growth and well-being.

Requirements:
* Qualification: (Graduate / Montessori trained, diploma/certification in Montessori )
* Experience: (3-4 years in Montessori environment)
* Strong classroom management skills
* Ability to plan activity-based learning (practical life, sensorial, phonics)
* Good English communication skills
* Caring, patient, and energetic personality
* Works on writing, phonics and learning of students)
