Sports Data Entry Operator

VentureDK is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Sports Data Entry Operator to join our night shift team. This role demands accuracy and efficiency in handling sports-related data, requiring the operator to input, update, and verify information while maintaining data integrity. The ideal candidate possesses strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines without supervision. Proficiency in spreadsheet management and data entry practices is essential to support the team in maintaining high-quality data management. As this position operates during night hours, candidates must have reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and consistent attendance. The role does not involve managing a team but requires effective collaboration with supervisors and team leads to identify and implement process improvements. Candidates with some experience in data entry or related roles and familiarity with MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, will excel in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and verify sports data accurately and efficiently into designated systems.
• Review data entries to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and ensure the overall integrity of the information handled.
• Complete assigned data entry tasks within set deadlines during the night shift hours.
• Use spreadsheet management skills to organize and handle large volumes of data effectively.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to recommend improvements in data processing workflows.
• Ensure timely reporting of completed work and communicate any challenges encountered during shifts.
• Operate independently and prioritize work to meet daily data entry objectives without close supervision.
