Director – HRD / Skills

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage AI training and workforce development programs
• Design industry-relevant AI, digital skills, and certification courses
• Collaborate with universities, training institutes, and industry partners
• Ensure quality, inclusiveness, and nationwide outreach of training programs
• Monitor KPIs, employability outcomes, and program effectiveness
• Promote AI skills across sectors including health, education, governance, and agriculture
• Represent the organization in national and international forums

Qualification

• Master’s degree (16 years education) in Computer Science, IT, AI, Education, HRD, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related fields from an HEC-recognized university
• Additional certifications in Digital Skills, Workforce Development, TVET, EdTech, or Project Management will be preferred

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with 3–5 years in leadership or managerial roles
• Experience in digital skills programs, AI/IT training, curriculum development, and capacity building
• Strong coordination with academia, industry, and development partners preferred
