Assistant Manager-Risk Analytics

• What is Assistant Manager – Risk Analytics – MMBL?
  • 1- Assist in data Validation & quality assurance of routine credit reports
  • 2- Assist in coordination with external and internal departments for development of new reporting requirements
  • 3- Assist in development of portfolio visualizations using advanced techniques in MS-Excel & Power BI
  • 4- Assist in day to day data development and presentation tasks
• What Assistant Manager – Risk Analytics – MMBL does?
  • 1- Perform rigorous “sanity checks” on routine credit reports to identify logical errors or statistical anomalies—such as improbable default rates or interest calculation gaps—ensuring data integrity before management review.
  • 2- Assist between Risk, IT, and external vendors to document new reporting requirements and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of reports / risk models by comparing system outputs against manual shadow calculations.
  • 3- Assist in development of dynamic dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel (Power Query/DAX) to visualize Month-over-Month (MoM) performance, risk concentrations in products
  • 4- Assist in Stress Tests, IFRS 9 calculation & data development and linked reporting / presentation
  • 5- Assist in daily data development tasks, adhoc internal / external reporting and draft data-driven presentations to translate complex metrics into actionable insights.
• What are we looking for and what does it require to be Assistant Manager – Risk Analytics – MMBL?
  • Education: 4 year Bachelors Degree in business/finance/data science/data analytics
  • Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
  • Skills: Must be comfortable with MS-Excel, MS-Power Point & MS-Word, Power BI, R, SQL, Python & Tableau
  • Analytical Mindset: The ability to develop actionable insights from data and improve turnaround time of analytics deliverables
