Description:
HR WAYS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Key Account Executive to join its dynamic sales team in Lahore. This position is ideal for a professional with at least three years of experience in sales, particularly within software or HR product environments. The Key Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving new business opportunities by managing and developing relationships with key clients. Working onsite from Monday to Friday, the successful candidate will engage directly with potential and existing clients to demonstrate the company’s HRMS solutions and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to contract closure. This role requires strong skills in contract management, customer retention, and cross-functional collaboration. The Key Account Executive does not manage a team but works closely with sales colleagues and other departments to coordinate efforts and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate excels in a target-driven environment, utilizes CRM tools efficiently to track engagements, and commits to consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to perform live, web-based software demonstrations are essential for success in this position.
